About Us
PsychometricRecruitment.com was founded by PeopleMaps Ltd, to provide a cost effective, professional, personality profiling service that anyone can use.
You don’t need to be a psychologist and you don’t need to be an IT genius.
It’s simple to use and you should be up and running within a few minutes.
The psychology and technology is provided by PeopleMaps, who have been pioneering online personality profiling since 2000. You may read more about the psychology behind the system at http://www.peoplemaps.com/science/
PsychometricRecruitment.com is dedicated exclusively to recruitment applications of personality profiling.
Although used by professional recruitment consultants PsychometricRecruitment.com has been designed to be easy to use, even for those with little or no experience in recruitment.
You do not need to install any software as the entire system is provided on your browser over the Internet.
Custom Reports
This is the only online system that lets you design your own reports to suit your specific needs.
There are dozens of topics to choose from, all written by professional, experienced Jungian psychologists.
Rather that a “one report for all occasions” approach, we believe that you should have each report customised to suit each job role. There is no charge for this customisation.
Anyone can use it
Each report is written in plain English so that anyone can print it off and walk into an interview.
No training is required to interpret the report.
Just watch a couple of short “How To” videos or simply play about with the system and you will know how to work it. It’s that easy.
The psychology is all in the reports. Normally you have to go on a training course to interpret what the reports are saying. This is generally done to create additional revenue for the supplier.
We decided to change all that and frankly my competitors don’t like it, as I am making them look bad and expensive.
So no training required. No hidden costs. Just fantastic, easy to use personality reports that will tell you more about your candidates than a dozen interviews ever could.
